a tropical storm party just sounds like a prank hurricanes play on tropical storms, and when the tropical storm shows up to the party all the hurricanes push him (or her) around and laugh and how low his wind speeds are (or her wind speeds, im not sexist)

im not sure driving from a bar during a tropical storm is a fantastic idea

ARE you kidding! It’s a Wonderful Idea, and its not like the storm is HITTING tonight, so we should take extra precautions and drive extra extra sloshed.
